Therapy not Prozac

Development research is often a quest for a magic "cure" to a problem through finding the right intervention. But, without proper implementation even the best designed interventions can fail. Improving implementation requires an approach that is less like Prozac and more like therapy – an interactive process of change, where the capacity of interventions are gradually improved to adapt to different contexts and uncertain trajectories.
